1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using ReplacementCases.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be able to form a legally binding contract or use the site with a parent or legal guardian.
2. Search and Case Finder
Search and the Case Finder use catalog filters to help you locate cases. Review the format, disc capacity, spine width, color, and product details before ordering. Adding a case to the cart does not place an order.
3. Product information and availability
We work to present accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, capacity, pricing, and inventory. Images may appear differently depending on lighting and your screen. Specifications, prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Typographical or catalog errors may be corrected, and we may cancel or contact you about an affected order. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, limit quantities, or cancel it for inventory, pricing, fraud, shipping, or legal reasons. An order is accepted when we provide confirmation or shipment as described during checkout. When enabled, payments will be processed by an identified third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice.
You agree that the billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping
Displayed delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will use reasonable efforts to ship within the time represented at checkout. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, and full refund required by applicable law. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement.
You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reviewing tracking updates. Contact us promptly about a missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect shipment.
6. Returns, damage, and refunds
Our complete Returns & Refund Policy is part of these terms. In summary:
- Items that arrive broken or damaged in transit, and items we shipped incorrectly, are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Other approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must meet the eligibility conditions in the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Required refunds for unshipped or lawfully cancelled delayed orders are not subject to the restocking fee.
- Custom-printed, altered, used, incomplete, or final-sale items may be ineligible for return except where required by law or covered by our damage or error policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in a way that harms others, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the site for fraud or abuse. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or legal rights.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s original design, text, branding, software, and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to Replacement Cases and protected by applicable law. Product and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site only for personal shopping and other lawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Replacement Cases will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a different remedy is required by law. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, generally in or serving Clark County, Washington, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of revised terms means you accept them.
